The Territorial Command of the North Kyoga Region has officially released the comprehensive list of successful applicants who will serve as Election Special Police Constables in the forthcoming national elections.
The lists have been pinned on District Recruitment Notice Boards across all districts and city divisions within the region.
All candidates are expected to report to their designated training centres on 8th December 2025.
In Group 1, which will train at Uganda Technical College, include 220 from Lira–City Central Division, 226 from Lira–City West Division, 546 from Lira District, 526 from Apac District, and 456 from Kwania District.
Group 2, training at Lango College, comprises of 1,024 recruits from Oyam District leads, followed by 624 from Kole District and 342 from Otuke District.
In Group 3, which will report to Dr. Obote College Boroboro, is composed of 504 recruits from Dokolo District, 656 from Alebtong District, 468 from Amolatar District, and 154 from Lira–City East Division.
The Police have also released a list of mandatory items that each recruit must bring along. These include a mattress and bedding, tracksuit, canvas shoes, gumboots, sportswear, personal toiletries, t-shirts, a basin, a ten-litre jerrican, counter books, pens, and any other essential personal effects.
All male recruits must report well-shaven, with short hair, and all candidates must maintain a smart appearance.
