Pajule Lions Football Club from Pader district have been crowned champions of the 2025/2026 Northern Regional League after a dominant season.
Pajule Lions finished top of the league standing with 63 points out of 26 games.
The Lions recorded 20 wins, three draws and only three losses with a record score of 58 goals and conceded only 17 goals the entire season.
Meanwhile, Red Devo came second with 59 points, Lira City Council FC finished third with 46 points.
Following their league triumph, the club is now hunting for promotion to the FUFA Big League through the playoffs.
At the bottom of the Regional League standings, four teams have been relegated to a lower division including; Homeland United, Young Elephant FC, Arua Hills SC and Saviours FC.
