Young Elephants Academy returned to winning ways in the FUFA Big League 2025/2026 after a 1-0 victory on Sunday against Kigezi Home Boyz.
Young Elephants secured the victory from their home ground at Elephant park stadium in Olwiyo.
The victory lifted Young Elephants from 10th to 8th place on the table, with 31 points out of 23 matches.
Meanwhile, Kigezi Home Boyz dropped from the top spot to second place with 42 points, level with leaders Blacks Power of Lira, who secured a 2-1 win over Wakiso Giants on the same day.
Young Elephants will face Bright Stars in their next game on Sunday.
