The Roco Paco Initiative, a charitable, non-partisan movement dedicated to healing wounds, restoring dignity, and transforming Acholi community into a values-driven, vibrant society once again, has launched the second phase of a fundraising drive seeking to raise UGX 20BN to support vulnerable children to school.

It is a call to action: to heal wounds, restore values, revive education, and rebuild the once-thriving Luo Acoli society.
It collected over 300 million shillings in the first phase of the initiative out of the targeted UGX 4 billion shillings. A total of 64 students are currently being supported in various schools across the sub region.
Speaking during the launch of the second phase of the fundraising drive at the Roco Paco Offices in Gulu City on Monday, Moses Onono, the Co-Chair, says the drive targets clans and tribal structures in order to raise funds from the community.
Chief Justice Alfonse Owiny Dollo wants clan leaders to intensify their mobilization for contributions, but also reign in on the breakdown in lifestyle, livelihoods characterized by rampant abuse of alcohol by youths and women. During the same function,
